    Well, what I want to do is this with my homepage:

    On top, I want to have some static content, next some icons and in the end of the page, a section about the Latest Posts. So what I have done is the following:

    Homepage set to Latest Posts
    And at Theme Options->Homepage Layout Manager, I have enabled: Page Content, Icon Menu, Recent Posts.

    Everything works fine, except that instead of Page Content I get recent posts (2nd time).

    Any help?

    Sorry for double post, but I forgot to mention that:

    When I use my homepage as Static Page (from Customize) everything looks great in the preview. But When I save and refresh, homepage is totally wrong and different, showing only the latest posts, not showing the title, showing a sidebar despite I have it disabled etc.

    Hey,
    You shouldn’t need to add anything.

    In your settings > reading set a page as your front page. Make sure it’s not got a page template set. there you can add content.

    If thats not working can you post a link to your site?

    Actually that wasn’t even needed. The problem was that I have a translation of the site in another language, and I hadn’t prepared the homepage for the 2nd language, so it wasn’t accepted to set a static page, except the preview was shown :).

    So, resolved in the second post!
