Best form plugin

This form builder is SO much easier to use than other free options, and covers all the basics.

I did end up purchasing a Pro license as well and have been blown away by all of the power.

I haven’t even needed to contact support for anything, but I’ve heard from many others (as well as reviews here) that it is outstanding.
