    I am trying to login to support website and it says I have been banned . also tried forgot password option and no help .

    It says contact site administrator but how to contact ???

    I am posting this through another account . Any one who can resolve reply to this thread and i would provide my original login info

    Hi @viraleditorial and @vyasmonarchu (which really is the same person) it looks like you were appending your web site on your signature and a) that’s not permitted here and b) it looked like you were spamming the forums, which obviously isn’t tolerated either.

    However it appears that this is just a simple misunderstanding so I’ll do the following.

    First, I’ll mark your new account as “Inactive”. Multiple accounts are frowned upon in these forums.

    Second, I’ll unblock your original account. You’ll be able to log into these forums with that vyasmonarchu account and go back to providing free volunteer support here. 😉
