Editor bugs

I’m using Twentyfifteen with no plugins.
Menus from buttons like the ‘Page Template’ and ‘Convert to…’ often stay open after clicking the button again or elsewhere on the page and can’t be removed.
Sometimes, clicking Visual or Text tabs on editor does not work.
Other times, the editor field collapses and goes blank when switching between Text and Visual. The content might come back, but the editor buttons are doubled, appearing below the editor box.
It is also very slow to load element editor, even when it’s something simple like a single paragraph in a text element.
