Wptouch Pro and Disqus conflict

I installed Wptouch Pro 3 on my high traffic blog on Friday. I also have disqus installed. What I didn’t know is wptouch conflicts with disqus. Now my comments don’t show in my dashboard. All comments remain frozen at the same count as before I installed wptouch pro. I find out after I installed the plugin that this is a known issue. I deleted both plugins and reinstalled diqus. But the problem is still there. I repaired my database. Nothing works. Now I am forced to roll my database back to a time before I installed the wptouch pro plugin when everything worked. I am disappointed.
