• Hi thhake,

Now that PhotoSwipe is being loaded and works properly, I have a new problem :-). The photo captions are not being displayed under the images when PhotoSwipe is activated in “slideshow” mode.

I know that the captions are being retrieved from PicasaWeb because the “Show the caption under thumbnail image” and “Show the caption by mouse hover tip” plugin settings do work. But I do not want to use those.

I can also see the following divs in the rendered page:
    pswp__caption pswp__caption–fake
    pswp__caption pswp__caption–empty
but they don’t contain any caption text.

Your modified version of “Picasa and Google Plus Express” plugin v2.2.10 did display the captions, but that included an older version of PhotoSwipe.

The example of the latest PhotoSwipe on this page also has the option to enable the captions under the image:

Am I just missing how to enable this in Photo Express for Google 0.3.3?

Thank you for your help. This is a great plugin, and I’m very glad that you are continuing its development!

    Hi thhake,

Have you, or anyone else, had a chance to investigate this issue?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
I have the same problem, no captions in PhotoSwipe.

    WordPress: 4.4.2
    Photo Express for Google: 0.3.2

    Thank you!
