Subscribe Button isn't working

    I installed your plugin, got my API Key from MailChimp, set it up and applied the shortcode to my subscribe page and everything worked when I was logged into my Admin panel, added my email and hit the button and got the thank you return message, but noticed that no email addresses were filtering back to my list in MailChimp.

    So to see if it was because I was in my admin panel I logged out of my admin panel and tested it in real time, nothing happens when I click on the subscribe button – it just sits there. I had MailChimp test and they got the same response – nothing.
    In the meantime I’m using an external form from MailChimp, but we would rather have the user enter their information from our website and not go to an external link to signup.

    Do you know why this would be happening?

    Hello Rose,

    The link you provided did not work. Can you please check and resend.

    To be able to test, you would need to setup our form shortcode to some page/post where we could check. Please share the link to the page where I could test it once you set it up.
