Because of wrong configuration or GOD knows why I can’t login in my site. What first began as again-forgotten-pass now even after changing the pass in the SQL can’t log in with the new pass (I know about the MD5).

So how please to disable it some how manually?

I am too n00b to use it 🙁

OK. I managed to disable it from FTP inside.

    What I notice however.

The plugin changes the pass (even if it is input correctly). I observed that behaviour from PHPmyAdmin.
In the same time it doesn’t say it is wrong pass. It just redirects me to the homepage while changing the pass from within inside.

Is that a feature or a bug? What config to look at?

I kind of like the concept of this plugin. But I need to get it working correctly and as expected.

This plugin doesn’t do anything special with how passwords are saved. All the back end stuff is done by WP. This plugin just runs a check on the proposed new password. If LSS doesn’t like the pw, it stops WP from continuing with the save process. If LSS is happy with the pw, WP marches on through it’s regular routine.

FYI, by default, WP uses a complex hashing routine, not MD5.
