download repeating on page refresh

    Hello,

    After filling in a form and clicking submit a file is downloaded, but then, when the page is refreshed or revisited, the file is downloaded again and each time the page is refreshed.

    I have tried using shortcode via the plugin and an iframe.

    This problem is occurring in all browsers.

    Is there anything I can do to stop this? I haven’t found anything in the Knowledge Base addressing this repeat download issue.

    Hey there! This sounds like something’s going on with your settings for the form in Pardot, and not with this plugin.

    Please contact Pardot support and they’ll be happy to assist you.
