Registration Roles in shortcode

    In order for my clients who register to be able to submit a Ticket, their Role must be Support User. There is an option to embed this in the shortcode, example: [clean-login-register role=”contributor”] so the user cannot see this option when signing up.
    What are the parameters for me to do this with Support User. I have tried different options with no luck,
    Example:
    [clean-login-register role=”support user”]
    [clean-login-register role=”support_user”]
    [clean-login-register role=”Support User”]
    [clean-login-register role=”support-user”]

    Hi provinciacreative,

    Just use the role slug, I don’t know for this role name (maybe created by an external plugin/theme/functionality), but e.g. for the suscriptor role you can get it here.

    Hi Alberto,

    I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried using the role slug, and it’s not working for me. I am also using the plugin Groups, and wondering if you know if any conflicts between the two?
