Yup, I have the same problem.

different themes, different plugins. Turn them all off – same problem – the Jetpack sharing is the problem (proly Twittert to be fair).
I removed Twitter from the sharing settings section of Jetpack settings and the problem immediately disappeared.

Yes, that is true. But I want the Twitter thing to work.
Hi, I posted about the same problem here:
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/jetpack-cdnapitwittercom-and-debug-problems
Can I check which browser are you using? I found it only happens in Chrome and Firefox but not IE/Edge.
(Also, do you get the “It looks like your site cannot connect properly with Jetpack” message when you try to run Debug from the Jetpack dashboard?)
I noticed the cdn.api.twitter.com problem on theguardian.com website, so presumably a Twitter problem rather than Jetpack, although obviously prevents Jetpack Sharing feature from working.

Same browsers as you.

Testing your site’s compatibility with Jetpack…
Your Jetpack setup looks a-okay!
The Guardian site seems ok to me however during a search I’ve found other plugins that are experiencing a similar problem.
Also check this thread https://twittercommunity.com/t/twitter-not-loading-on-social-share-counters/53094/2
“if the code is trying to call cdn.api.twitter.com then that is the problem, as that URL is not supported for third party code, and should never have been used.”
So is possibly up to Jetpack to fix…
Yes, you’re right, also see here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/2747
which points to this workaround:
http://jeremy.hu/jetpack-remove-the-share-counts-from-the-sharing-buttons/
Basically remove share counts from sharing buttons by adding a filter to functions.
I’ve just done it and it works, have re-added Twitter share buttons and the cdn.api.twitter.com issue is gone.

Add this filter to your theme’s functions.php file
add_filter( 'jetpack_sharing_counts', '__return_false' );
It works, thanks Paultoon.
BUT I have dozens of site’s using Jetpack and don’t really want to do this to them all, hopefully JP Admin will sort it soon.
hopefully JP Admin will sort it soon.
That’s our plan. The patch available here will be included in the next Jetpack release.
THANKS JEREMY!!!!
I copied the code/file and replaced it on our two sites and the problem has gone away!
