Good mornin i’ve installed your plugin and it seems to work, but i don’t see by ftp the folder of the backup at the path that i want to save the backup.
I see the backup on your plugin panel but not the folder in the ftp.
    Why?
Because if i can’t open the backend of wordpress i would never be able use the backup if i don’t see in the ftp.
    Thanks

    Hi,

Please can you provide a link to your log file for the problematic backup? (You can download it from the “Existing Backups” tab of your UpdraftPlus settings page).

It’ll be too long to paste into the forum here, but you can download it to your computer, and share it with Dropbox, or paste it in pastebin.com, or any similar service, and post the link here.

    Best wishes,
    David

    Hi,

From looking at the log, it appears that you are sending by FTP the backup to the updraft backup folder. This is the location that the backup is originally stored in before being uploaded.

What location did you want to upload the backup to?
What is written in the ‘Remote Path’ input in the FTP settings?
