No search result by using "Or link to existing content" inside the visual editor

    Hi there,

    we are using relevanssi search for quite a long time with no problems so far, but one of our employee discovered an issue with this plugin and the visual editor. As soon as you try to link something using “Or link to existing content” the plugin doesn’t work anymore or in other words there are no results. Once the plugin is turned off the results are shown again.

    Is there any solution for the free version?

    Relevanssi should not have any effect on that search, at least I can’t reproduce this problem at all – that search works on my sites, whether or not Relevanssi is active.

    Do you have Relevanssi enabled for admin use? If you have, does it help if you disable Relevanssi in WP admin?

    thx for your reply.

    As soon as I turn off the “Use search for admin: If checked, Relevanssi will be used for searches in the admin interface” option, the system is able to find some entries. Otherwise I always get “No results found”.

    Is it possible that I maybe setup the wrong settings for that?

    I don’t know; Relevanssi shouldn’t affect that search at all. I’m not sure why it does. However, if disabling Relevanssi in the admin side solves the problem, that’s good – that’s why the option is there in the first place.
