Loved the update when you removed the annoying “Copy of” text from a duplicated newsletter. After the latest update, it’s back. Any chance of getting rid of it again?

  • We never touched on that. It should always place the “Copy of” at the beginning of duplicated newsletters. And no, we won’t change that, otherwise you won’t know if it’s duplicated or not.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t know how the “Copy of” disappeared from my copy of MailPoet, but I was glad it did.

I respectfully submit that the extraneous text is unnecessary, as you have to physically click on “Duplicate” to duplicate a newsletter. It assumes the user won’t remember clicking something a half-second ago, not to mention being unable to recognize text already sent out to subscribers.

It’s not a huge deal; just a waste of dragging/highlighting and clicking “delete.” Thanks for offering a great plugin.
