Jokes aside, could you please provide the following information to help me troubleshoot your problem?
– Screenshot of Activity Log report
– Your site URL
– Is the plugin not tracking at all or just some specific visits?
– Is Slimstat working in Server or Client mode? (see Settings)
– Do you see any errors in the Tracking Error Log (see Settings > Maintenance)
