URGENT: Purchased but haven't received

    Earlier today (28/09/2015 18:54:04 GMT-05:00) we purchased the Premium version of the Yop Poll via
    Paypal Transaction ID: 9GP62479B56307456
    under the name Cleveland Morgan.

    However, immediately after payment was confirmed, the page locked up and we have not been able to receive the link or product code that allows us to download Yop Poll Premium.

    We currently have an annual contest poll underway using your free version and are experiencing technical problems. We are hoping the Premium version will eliminate these problems. We need to download and install ASAP!!! Please contact us so that we can receive the product we have paid for. It is urgent!
