It sounds like CFDB was not active for the first submissions, but installed and activated in time to only capture the last 8 submissions.

That’s the thing. It’s been on for much longer than 8 rows. It used to show them all. Then stopped showing anything and now, just 8 rows + 3 more from form submissions.

Any chance they were deleted from CFDB (but not from Ninja)?

You could look into your DB at the wp_cf7db_submits table to see if there is data from those rows there.

Thank you Michael. The data is there. When I check Ninja Forms, it shows all the rows.

No, I mean in the CFDB database table, not Ninja forms.

    Sorry, understood now.

I checked that table (named “wp_tltb_cf7dbplugin_submits”) for a record present in the Ninja Forms display and it wasn’t there in the CFDB db.

If it is not in the CFDB table, then CFDB doesn’t have the information. It was either not collected or subsequently deleted.

If you say so Michael though I wish you’d consider other possibilities, given that I’m the only one operating the back-end and know that no data has been deleted and that the data is present in Ninja forms and used to be displayed in CFDB, but strangely is not so any longer.

Nonetheless, thank you for your help. 🙂
