    Hello!

    I am the developer of another plugin (Smart Forms). I just want to ask you one quick question if you don’t mind, you have A LOT of support tickets and I was wondering if you find out a good solution to respond them quickly and hustle free?, I am thinking in creating an application precisely for this but I just wanted to check out with others fellow plugin developers if they already have a good solution.

    Hi
    we usually respond everybody rather quickly..
    If you are creating a form which user need to fill for support, this is good idea. And in our new site we are going to insert that kind of form.
