Permalinks

Hi

I would like some help please & advice.

I’m looking to change my permalinks to

domain.com/city/company | using listify theme.

So far the best I’m getting from forums and supplied code is:

domain.com/category/city/company

I dont want the category in the url.

Advice:
I want this permalink structure to define regions in case we have companies with the same name.

So I’m wondering should I just resolve to domain.com/company and use subdomains for each city? Of which I’ll also need the code because what I have is not working.

Finally, is there an ‘easy’ way to let users create their own custom url. People who post listings don’t have access to dashboard or visual editor where they can directly change the url(and i like it this way for more admin control.)
