button image not working w/ donate or pay shortcode option

I’m using a shortcode- NOTE: There is no paypal widget for me to use instead, which I’ll post separately about- and trying to use a custom image for the donate button.

I’m also using your settings. The problem is, the button image I’m trying to use is not showing up. So far, either it stays the same donate button, which is too small, or it shows an empty rectangular box where a button image would go.

RELATED NOTE: Initially I was okay with trying to make your donate button larger, but could not figure out how, so I’ve made my own donate button image to use instead. I’d still like you to tell me how to make the donate button bigger though.

Here’s what I’ve got now: [wp_paypal_payment_box button_image=”http://www.xyz.org/wp-content/uploads/donate.png”%5D inserted into the page.

PLEASE NOTE: Your site says to use wp_paypal_payment_box but your settings page says to use wp_paypal_payment (without the _box, so I’ve tried it both ways to no avail.

I’ve got the site in maintenance mode now, so it’s not visible.

How can I get the button image shortcode to work? What am I doing wrong, if anything, and how can I make your original donate button large?
