Blog post do not upload IMG

Dear sirs, when inserting a Blog post in the newsletter, sometimes the “feat_image” link is somehow broken and the Title is missing. See screenshots attached.
I have to manually edit the blogpost in the newsletter preview clicking on the “image” field in the newsletter field and paste the URL to the featured image.

It doesn’t happen for every Blog post, but only for some … can’t understand why, because the featured images of my WP Blog posts are all the same size.
