I’m sorry for late response.
In order to change text to icon you need simply click on text in the cell and then will appear toolbar with ability to change it to image or icon. Please check this screenshot – http://screencast.com/t/OHAghr2l
Also you will be able to select required icon for you – click on icon, then click “Change Icon” on toolbar ( http://screencast.com/t/3Cz1tXjY ) and select which one you need from the huge list of icons.
If you delete all text – you can repeat the same steps simply click on the cell.
As for the ability to add rows not just in the end of table – we will add ability to insert row in appropriate place in next release of pricing table plugin. I will inform you about the update.
