• Hello!

I am currently working on a site at http://www.beetactical.com. I am using the theme OneShop.

If I either resize my browser to be the “size” of a mobile phone, or view the site on a mobile device, the menu switches out to responsive, mobile menu (this came with the theme). If you click a menu option:

If you resized your window, the first link will work. After that, all links are replaced with a #.
If you loaded it directly on a phone, no links work – they all reflect a #.

Its almost as if when the site “loads into” the responsive mode, the links don’t work.

As far as I can tell, this is a theme specific issue. I cannot get a solution from the theme author. I have disabled all plugins, everything is up to date, and the issue still persists.

I *think* it has something to do with the menu expecting dropdowns. It seems to change to a state that wants me to tap to open up a sub menu, which is why it only seems broken in the responsive mode. However I have no submenus so there is nothing to open.

For the record, there is no option in the Menu area to assign a separate menu to the “mobile” menu. That location does not exist.

I have worked on this for countless hours and now I look to you. Any help would be absolutely wonderful. If you have any questions, please ask.

  • Hello

If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
