• Dear all,

I hope you can help. My shop sells worldwide and uses the plugin Mangohour Table rate for the international shipping classes by weight, which works fine. However, for my home country, I have 3 separate shipping class costs set up under the ‘flat rate’ standard option of WooCommerce. I set everything up according to documentation, only I recently noticed that WooCommerce does not calculate the shipping costs for the three separate home country categories, saying ‘free’ instead, when people purchase items (in the cart as well as on the check-out screen). The ‘flat rate’ option does calculate shipping costs if I enter an amount into the ‘cost’ field, it just does not show shipping costs for the separate categories. I’ve checked my products and all have been assigned the correct shipping category. Does anyone know why this is happening and/or how to solve it? Your reply is greatly appreciated.

    Kind regards,

    Sophie
