    So.. I’ve been testing this and it’s great! except for non-changable black person default image as avatar.

    I thought it might be because user didn’t have profile picture. but I did uploaded it and tested and found that did not make any difference.

    Having all same avatar makes it very confusing. Do you offer this on pro version? or something you’re still working on?

    I think support should be able to have their own avatar based on department? And obviously user image should be their profile image on WP or BBpress.

    One more thing. does pro version support 3 days ticket? Meaning I’d like to have TWO user and one support (admin) agent on one ticket. This will be mainly to resolve issues between two users.

    This feature along with being able to import avatar from WP profile (or Bbpress profile) would seal the deal.

    Let me know if these are possible & i’ll buy it right away! 🙂

    Hi,

    In future version, we will add profile for user.
    Staff member can change his picture in JS Support Ticket plugin in Pro version. It is not avatar.

    JS Support Ticket are support one user and many staff members (including admin).

    Any plan for 2 users on one ticket? That would be super useful!!!!
