Hello just a couple of quick questions.

I have 2 shipping regions: Europe and World. I am using normal geo ip location already so typically customers wont need to change shipping location.

I need shipping to be calulcated by weight for these 2 regions so it just calucates the total weight of all products in cart and grabs the price for the combined weight. I just wanted to check if this is possible?

Also do you have a premium version and what is the difference?

Sure, that is what this plugin for. You would need to add two rules for the regions you mentioned.

There is a premium version — http://codecanyon.net/item/weight-based-shipping-for-woocommerce/10099013. The difference is that rules can be specified on per-state basis (free version is for only country-level rules). And priority email support.

There is also another our shipping plugin which is way more flexible and is not limited to weight-based shipping — http://tablerateshipping.com.
