Help to link from Icon to webpage in new tab?

I am very new to coding and WordPress and am having a hard time understanding other forum threads about how to do this. My apologies if this has been answered before. I’m having comprehension problems and feeling overwhelmed.

I want to make the social icons on my menu link to their respective pages and open in a new tab

I have the code for my icons here (one of the three on my menu)
