Are these particularly large files? The problem of single-click downloads is so much harder than it should be, particularly for large files. The plugin runs a PHP script to send chunks of the file, so you might be running into PHP script execution timeouts. Is it a consistent problem for every video? Does it work with some of your shorter videos?

Hello Kyle and thanx a lot for your reply,
I come now to settle the problem, exactly as you said the single click download.
I unchecked this option and the direct link of the video appears which solves the problem.
These are average ~500MB video and they began to be corrupted suddenly recently.
Thank you again for your response and I expect the premium version of your plugin as it is essential for our platform !

My guess is something changed in your server configuration, but I don’t know enough about it to say exactly what it is. In the future I’m going to revisit the method I use for single click downloads to try to make it more universal.
