    With the free version of the plugin you could make use of the syndication post type and just add content to syndicate as that post type.

    If you want more advanced control the pro version of the plugin allows you to create syndication subscription groups which work like categories. You can then subscribe specific users to a specific content group or groups and have granular control on who receives what content:
