I have deleted your ‘Hello any one here ?’ post which you posted less than an hour after your first post. Didn’t you think it could be considered rude to bump your post like that? As stated in the Forum guidelines, Please don’t do that again. That kind of impatience is not appropriate in a volunteer-based forum, particularly when requesting free support for a free plugin.

If the response on the forum does not suit your requirements, other levels of non-free support are available via my website, but even then an instant response in under an hour could not be guaranteed.

This kind of issue is usually due either a plugin or theme issue.

To troubleshoot, first you need to investigate whether this is the case, and if so identify which component is causing this.

To check whether it might be a theme issue, temporarily switch to the default twentyfifteen theme to see whether the popup works when that is active.

To check for a plugin issue, deactivate all other plugins and check. If the popup works at that point, activate the plugins one by one until the issue occurs again.
