Exporting Posts/Pages/Products etc.. media file paths change

Hi there.

I’m in the process of rebuilding my wordpress site, as from scratch as possible.

So I installed a fresh copy of wordpress and all my plugins(to be re-configured manually)

Then comes getting my content to the new site, I’ve used the wp import/export function and when I import to the new site, all my media files go from 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 to just one 2015 folder on my new wp install…

But I think this is going to effect seo, at least image seo, as now the media paths are all going to be changed.

Can anyone shine some light on the best option here?
