I think it’s got something to do with the latest WordPress update. Did you upgrade WordPress recently?
When I upgraded to WordPress 4.3.1 it changed the font style on WP review to what seems to be the Arial font. I prefer the previous font.
Do anyone know how to change it back to the previous font?
Any updates on this issue, looks like many people have the same thing.

The product image not displaying is actually the plugin that is doing this. I traced that problem back to wppr-main.php file. On or about line 132, you have an inline style attribute for the image with visibility:hidden. If you remove that style attribute, the image will display properly.
As for the rating pie-chart, review rating bars, and comment rating sliders not showing, is anyone’s guess. Not a jQuery expert. But, there is probably some conflict here with other plugins on this particular site. There is enough javascript to choke a horse.
I would suggest switching to the default theme to rule out that it is not the current theme at fault. If the problem persists, deactivate all plugins to see if that corrects it. If it does not, then we know it it plugin at fault.

The 2.6.9 version should solve the issues with the image.

I also have problems.
The problem of 80/10 Points instead of 80/100 (for example) could be resolved by editing the plugin.php.
But I still have the problem that the border color shows no reaction when changing colour and size. It is still blue (#3baeda) and size 5 px, although I changed both parameters. (like this: http://www.dienachtgeburt.de/1804/mr-mrs-snoot-testen-eine-fotocollage-von-myphotocollage-de/ should be the red of the rest)
Can anybody help pls? Everything, WP, Theme, Plugin, is up to date.

I am still having this issue, now gradually changing over to a new plugin. It does it on any website or theme I’ve tested on, just full of bugs that have totally broken the format.
I have tried to uninstall the plugin and delete it.
But it still leaves the broken format of the user review bars on the comment sections at the bottom. How can I remove this please?

If you deactivate the plugin it should not show the comments bar. Have you cleared the cache ? What theme are you using ?
