    Hi Julien,

    Taking Awesome Support for a test drive before purchasing…

    I noticed that support tickets are being assigned to a support agent who has no role on the site and is just a “subscriber”. In the settings we have assigned the agent, which is admin, but it keeps defaulting to another user (who is not a support agent – just a subscriber).

    Also, in the Edit Ticket list, he is showing up in the drop-down select field under Support Staff.

    Could this be a conflict with WP Support Plus plugin? It may have same name for user roles.

    We did disable the WP Support Plus plugin of course. 😉

    That’s very strange. Could you post a few screenshots to illustrate the issue.

    Hi Julien,
    I uninstalled the WP Support Plugin, and deleted the user, to clean things up. Awesome Support is working fine now. 😉
