Well, you can see the test post with it’s excerpt, in English, here on my test blog:
http://www.udiburg.com/blog3/
And how it looks on the FB page with more words that are not in the excerpt (and they are in Hebrew) here:

Thanks! I was able to reproduce the issue, and the problem seems similar to the one that was reported a few days ago here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/2723
We’ll take a closer look and get this fixed.
I’ll post again here as soon as I have some news.
Arrrggggggh… I knew I shouldn’t have updated JetPack! Now all my og:description’s look like:

I’m having the same issue and would love a workaround. Hey DragonSpark – can you walk me through what you mean by “commenting out this line”? I’m just a beginner when it comes to coding.
What I meant is that you have to find your “functions.opengraph.php” file on your server’s file system (usually via FTP/SFTP), open it, and then look for that line, and comment it out by putting a “//” in front of it (without the quotes).
Hope that helps!
@tokopa We’ll also fix that issue in Jetpack directly. You can follow our progress here:
https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/2723
@dragonspark I assume you’re @Michael-DST on GitHub, the Gravatars seem to match 🙂 Since you commented on the issue, you should receive notifications when we’ll get this fixed.
Cool… yes indeed, Jeremy. 🙂 Thank you!
Eek! Well I followed your instructions to a tee @dragonspark – downloading that file, altering it with TextEdit, then uploading back into the Jetpack directory…and my whole website went blank! I think I better wait until Jetpack fixes the issue 🙂
We have now fixed the issue in the development version of Jetpack, and the fix will be part of the next release.
