    Just use the email address for the chosen sender account.

    I can only presume you are referring to the warning message but you haven’t been very clear at all so I’m not sure.

    I got the warning message, but I need to use an email account that doesn’t belong to my domain. Is it possible? or I have to use an email account that belongs to my main domain?

    @danieloweb

    The message you are seeing is simply a user warning highlighting one of the biggest reasons that results in failed emails. If you can only use an email from another domain and your hosting provider allow this you can simply ignore the warning message.

    Thank you so much, but it doesn’t work with an email that doesn’t belong to the main domain. I don’t know why…

    @danieloweb

    It probably doesn’t work because it looks like a spam email to your hosting provider so they block it.
