Removing plugin doesnt remove functionality

    Hello,

    I can not reproduce the behavior. After activating the plugin I have the filter. And after deactivation he disappeared. did you possibly still another plugin adds that this filter? Or a cache of there with pure plays?
    My plugin uses the Hook restrict_manage_posts, but only if it is active. Look if you have other plugins that may use this hook.
