Liking this plugin so far πŸ™‚

Can you please provide html code for the signup form? We are trying to implement it into our footer.php file so that it will display at the bottom of every page.

I have tried to do this (via code pulled from the page source) but I keep getting the message, “please enter your email address” when I click Subscribe. I believe the issue (that I cannot solve) might be this:

    <div id=”sola_nl_sign_up_box_163648900″ ….

    Thanks πŸ™‚

    Hi there.

    So glad to hear πŸ™‚

You can use the shortcode [sola_nl_sign_up] to display the subscription form on the page.

    Does this help?

Thank you for your timely response πŸ™‚

We have used the widget twice, once in the sidebar and once in the footer/widget area.

The form works if you use the first form, at the top of the sidebar.

If you try to use the form in the footer area, you get the message “Please enter your email address.”

If you fill in the email address at the top of the sidebar (not name, just email), then use the form in the widget area, the form works.

I’m hoping that you can provide some advice on what to do, thanks πŸ™‚

    Hi there.

I understand what you mean now.

Please go to ‘sola-newsletters’ -> ‘modules’ -> ‘module_widget.php’ and scroll to approximately line 116 and 122. Remove the ‘required’ text and let me know if this helps?

I removed the text, but dont resolved.

    Hi there.

So sorry for only getting back to you now.

Please go to sola-newsletters/js/subscribe_widget.js and remove the code on lines 4-9 and 42.

Please let me know if this helps?
