How send notification when determinated custom field change?

    It is currently possible with this plugin? How to?

    I have a custom post type of product offers. And each offer has an expiration date (custom field). When the offer expires, another custom field (display expires message for visitors) is changed from “no” to “yes”. And I would like to receive an email whenever this occurs.
