Move from left to right

Hi Daniyal,
Firstly, a big thank you for a great plugin!!

It meets my important needs except one. Your custom css to move the sidebar to right (in this ticket) doesn’t work on IE and on windows phone the menu becomes un-clickable where there is overlap with the social icons.

Since there have been many requests for this, I am hoping that you would include it in your next update. I continue to use your plugin in this hope.
