    Found the topic from a year ago describing the same thing. The link ends with /# so clicking it just pops you to the top of the post.

    I will be going through the plug ins we currently have installed and seeing if I can spot the source of the conflict, but was wondering if there was any headway in the last year on determining what could be the cause of this issue.

    thanks for reaching out!
    Yes, a lot of users experience the issue but sadly this is usually related to custom WP themes that override our plugin. If you have anything in the header that doesn’t allow loading certain scripts or similar that would most likely be the cause.

    Could that be the case?

    In this case the culprit was the W3 Total Cache plug in set to minify js files. Disabled it and the plug in worked again.
