• I received an email today that website was updated to WordPress 4.3.1. I just logged in to rework somethings on my BUY TICKETS PAGE. I deleted the code for the previous paypal button.

I then downloaded Easy Digital Download to try and set up a different way to sell tickets.

After I loaded that plug in: nothing worked and I get this message on everything
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /data/19/3/150/4/3639656/user/4049281/htdocs/index/wp-admin/includes/comment.php on line 35

Of course each php line is different I only know the basics and I am totally lost.

    My site is AtlantaWrestlingEntertainment.com
If you could help that would be great…But right now I can’t even go to settings or coding or anything without getting fatal error messages.

  • I’m not getting any errors on your site. The above is a memory error so I would contact your host (register.com) and if you need to de-activate the plugin temporarily, you can FTP into your site, browse to the plugins folder, and rename the suspect plugin folder.

After I loaded that plug in: nothing worked

Assuming you mean “activated”, you should be able to go to cPanel > File Manager > ~~~/wp-content/plugins/ and temporarily rename the folder (break the path) for that specific (Easy Digital Download) plugin to deactivate it. If cPanel > File Manager might not be available to you, check with your host to ask the best way for gaining FTP/SFTP access at your server.
