Featured image & post image on Archives

First, we want to thank you for making this theme available for free. Unfortunately, we cannot access your theme documentation therefore we need to ask for your assistance through this forum.

Is there a way to remove the post image from being displayed on the category archives?

We don’t need to display both featured image and post image on the post excerpt whenever we show the archives. It can be redundant when the featured image and the first image on the post are identical.
