    Hi krko,

    Yes of course every setting will be preserved. Even you may make a copy of your settings via Backup option in Advanced tab. However, as the Custom form option is not yet released in the Pro version, you’ll need to configure the API settings section only. We are in the finalizing stage of Custom Field/Multiple Form, and Multiple List for ChimpMate Pro, and will be released in 2-3 days.
