Options Page looks blank

    My blogs are WordPress ver 4.3 I have no ad blockers running and using Firefox and Safari I get a blank page for the options page. All else seems fine! I can access the Editor but I’d rather just choose an option!

    Any ideas or solutions very welcome

    PS I forgot to mention that I tried turning off all my plugins to see if there was some kind of conflict. No luck there!
