I’m sorry you are experiencing these issues.
It’s hard for me to tell you what to do without more information. In the admin do you see any errors in your JavaScript console? Have you turned on WP_DEBUG?

Hello Josh,
I have enabled the debug mode and see nothing related to Caldera forms. I see something related to widgets – http://pastebin.com/fdW84vJ0.
The issue I reported occurred only after inserting one of the calderaforms widget. Do you think that caused the issue?

Yes. The widget has an issue that we have fixed on Github, that will be in the next version. As a workaround for now, you can use the shortcode in a text widget.

Hello Josh,
I am sorry I didn’t make myself clear. When I meant the issue might have caused after using one of the calderaforms in a widget, I meant that was a different form. I have multiple forms created calderaforms and the one I had issues with disappeared field is named “Megaform” and the one used in the widget is “Contact us”.
Are you implying that the form “Contact us” caused this issue and upgrading to the newer version will fix issues?
Megaform had several fields and I started worrying losing the fields completely.
@vbk100 why you worried when you can backup/export the .json, like i did?
@rajangupta go to your cpanel – phpmyadmin – find your user account and change the password, google can tell you more about this

I am seeing the navigation issue with another form too. Please let me know if you want to access the website so that you can replicate the issue with both forms.
I see the problem on v.1.2.0, in what version are you now? I think v.1.2.3 is more save. And you must update your wp core too
Btw your “contact us” form and “megaform” forms is not the trouble maker, you can save the .json and try to export it on v.1.2.3 or later in the new announced of updated version

Please let me know if you have an update. I have updated the plugin with Github’s version and I see the same issue with other forms’ tabs too.
I am unable to find any “current-dev” branch.

I am able to access form settings but still unable to recover missed fields.
There were around 25 fields in each form and it is difficult to add new fields again. Can you please let me know how to retrieve the missed fields?
