Can't install plug-ins for my theme..? permissions denied

    Little lost for this type of issue

    I am building a multisite in WordPress. I’ve only been able to activate my templates for each level in my sub-directorates in the wp-admin panel.

    However my template recommends I use specified plug-ins and provides a
    (Begin installing plugin) link. If i click the link I am then directed to a page that says:

    “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”.

    I believe this issue maybe associate with my SQL database..?
    Does anyone know how I can solve this issue??

    In multisite, plugins and themes can only be installed from the Network Admin dashboard.

    The link you are clicking is trying to take you to the install plugins page for that subsite, but this page doesn’t exist for subsites in multisite.
