Interior Post Page not working

i have a website set so the front page is static and the posts go to an interior page. This has worked in the past when the reading settings were selected correctly. However with the most current upgrade this feature does not seem to be working. The static selection works but the posts are not shoing on the indicated page. What is the php code to get this working again?
