• I searched through your support form for a solution, and the ones that were suggested didn’t work.

I am going through the process to signup for a membership, it takes me to this page /membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1 which works. However when i click “Submit and Confirm”, it 404’s on the same url /membership-account/membership-checkout/?level=1.

The membership-checkout page is a parent of membership-account in my pages list. I am using paypal express as the payment gateway, so no SSL. And the permalinks are set to /%postname%/.

My version of PMP is 1.8.5.4.

    ** Update 9-10-2015-10:26am **
It’s only happening when the Register Helper Example plugin is activated.

I’m not sure if my update was mistaken as my issue is resolved, but i still need the Register Helper Example plugin to be activate, thus it is still causing 404 issues. I need a regular signup form along with the PNP signup form. And since the Register Helper Example plugin is built by you, i figured this issue would be addressed in some manner.

Only thing I can think of is to go to the permalink settings and click “save” to have it reflush the permalink settings.

Also make sure that you have all of your pages created properly on the PMPro page settings tab.

Probably something else going on, but I can’t diagnose without access to your site. This doesn’t happen on my sites running PMPro and Register Helper. If you post to our member forums, we can get info to access your site to take a look and fix things up for you:

Thank you for your reply Jason.

Here is a screen shot of the page structure.

I flushed the perma-links and it is still doing the same. I will see if the owner has membership access to your forms, since i cannot access them without an account.
