Hi, I´ve just purchased the Pro Version and I’m loving it.

I have a question about the “Claim” Function, when an user claims a posts, how he can edit it?

I as an administrator didn’t receive any notification by mail or “Inbox” to be aware that the autor claimed the post so i can´t assign it to him.

Please i’ll really appreciate your help, as I’m currently working on a big project.

    Thank you very much!

The following information will get you started with the plugin.

How to create workflows – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbJJQMMnf5U
How to use workflows – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_R2uVWQicsM

If more than one person is assigned the task, Oasis Workflow will allow the users to claim the task before signing off.

Let us know if you need more information.

I have checked your both videos but I unable to find out the same options in my workflow plugin that is mentioned in the video.

Basically i want when an user claims a posts, how he can edit it? and that user get registered. and only one person claim the one post.

    Sorry for a late reply.

The “Assignment” and “Publish” processes are single user steps, while the “Review” can be a multi-user step.

So in case of “Assignment” and “Publish” steps, if multiple users are assigned the task, each assigned user will see a “Claim” button. One of the users has to claim the task to own it.

Once they own it, the task is deleted from others user’s inbox. And the user who claimed it needs to sign off the task. Here’s more information on claim – https://www.oasisworkflow.com/?sq=Claim

    Hope this helps.
