Phone is required.

Greetings!
First, thank you for this plugin. I can’t seem to process donations yet. My authorize.net account is live. My API key and transaction key are in the plugin and the box is unchecked. But every time I try and accept a donation I get the error in red “Phone is required.” and clearly there is a 10 digit phone in the “phone” field.
Also, my donations are not hitting my authorize.net account but show up pending in the plugin.
Can you help?
